2025 Rates (Same as 2024)

All rentals are the same price:

April 1 – May 1 $299 – $399 a night

May 2 – June 21 $399 – $499 a night

June 22 – September 5 $699 a night

September 6 – November 1 $499 a night

Please note: Booking directly is the best way to go. We do have our properties available on other sites, but they charge fees making rentals through third parties much more expensive. OK it’s a lot more expensive – almost 33% higher with fees! We do accept checks, Venmo, Zelle and credit cards. Please contact Jason if you have any questions or would like to inquiry as to availability.

There is a cleaning fee of $150 and Maine Sales tax of 9%.

We require a 50% deposit to book, and the balance is due 60 days before arrival. Cancellations do not receive refunds.

We accept checks. Credit Card Payments are accepted and will incur a 3% fee.

Check In is after 3:00 pm and Check Out is 11:00 am.
