2023 Rates
Rates:
April 1, 2023 – May 4, 2023 $299 – $399 a night
May 5, 2023 – June 16, 2023 $399 – $499 a night
June 17, 2023 – September 8, 2023 $699 a night
September 9, 2023 – October 31, 2023 $499 a night
There is a cleaning fee of $150 and Maine Sales tax of 9%.
Please note: Booking directly is the best way to go. We do have our beach cottage available on other sites, but they charge fees making rentals through third parties much more expensive. We do accept checks, Venmo, Zelle and credit cards. Please contact Jason if you have any questions or would like to inquiry as to availability.
